Common questions about EZAC, licensing, and the dashboard.
General
How do I get a free key?
Sign in and go to Redeem. Use a free-tier key (check the dashboard or Discord for the current free key). One key per server.
Is there a config file on the server?
No. All configuration is done in the dashboard. When your key is linked to a server, the dashboard pushes config to it automatically. There is no config.lua to edit on the server.
Does EZAC need a database?
No. Bans are stored in our global database and sync across your setup. You don't need your own database for bans.
Installation & config
What dependencies does EZAC need?
ox_lib is required. Ensure it starts before EZAC in server.cfg. OneSync must be enabled.
Config not applying on the server
The dashboard pushes config to the server automatically when your key is linked. Ensure the key in auth.lua matches the key linked to this server in the dashboard (Redeem → Your keys). If the key is wrong or the server isn't linked, config won't sync.

Can I try before committing?
Yes. Use the Test Panel from the homepage footer to explore the dashboard with demo data and no account.
